A woman's work is never done!
Hi again
Today I have another LOTV card to show you. This little lady has been sitting in my stash for a while now, but having spent a lot of time in bed of late I've only just got around to giving her an airing. The colours were inspired by the Echo Park pack that I used on my last card - just ADORE bright pink - you should see my nails, lol. Anyway, having coloured my image, I decided it was a bit busy to use patterned papers too, so decided to go with white, but embossed it to add a bit of interest. Once again I've used the technique from my last card on the clouds, and am really happy with it. The flowers are home made by yours truly, and the little dots that I've put in the lower left corner, are just pink and green circles which I punched out and then added some glossy accents to. They make a change from pearls or card candy, and are very effective with the glossy finish. When I was almost finished, I decided that the white background was a bit too plain, so zigzagged it with thread to match the pink card, and was very happy with the outcome. Please feel free to leave a comment letting me know what you think. I always LOVE hearing from you, and DO appreciate the time it takes.
Hugs
