What a difference a day makes!!
Hi there peeps
I started making this card yesterday, and wouldn't have given it's chances of survival to my blog tuppence, as it was another one of 'those', that just wouldn't come together. What a difference a day makes, 24 little hours ........ sorry, I'll stop singing now, lol. Anyway, I went back to it this afternoon, and it was like a light went on, and suddenly I could see exactly how to put it together, and am quite pleased with it. Does that ever happen to you guys, or is it just me?
The papers are once again from the Aimee Asher download. The snowflakes are two different size MS punches, which I distressed with 'Antique Linen', and then glittered up with Glamour Dust. I then added the small roses, and added a little stickles to continue the sparkle. The sentiment was stamped and then cut out with my recent acquisition - another set of Nesties tags. The very sparkly ribbon and lace are from my stash.
Hope you're enjoying your weekend.
Hugs

Yes it happens to me, some days I sit staring at the card, wondering what to do - I leave it a few hours or overnight and when I go back to it, know exactly what I need to do - weird isn't it!? Great card here Judi with fab papers and image. Hugs, Claire x

Hi Judi - I know exactly what you mean - it's sometimes a good idea to leave it overnight and take a fresh look at your project in the morning - it often happens to me too! I love your Xmas stockings!!

Aww this is just stunning and I am loving these stockings you are making. You must have quite a few now and I see you are getting ahead of your christmas cards already. Bonus! Yup, I do get stuck like that too. Sucks cuz sometimes that's all the time I have and it's a MUST get done. Oh well. We do what we can right? We're always our own worse critics!
