Hi again
Todays effort is yet another man's card. The stamped image is from a Papermania set, which considering they're so cheap, seem to stamp really well, and are far more effective once coloured than I thought they were going to be. The papers, are again from the Happy Father's Day set that I used the other day. I love these papers and the colours are so masculine. The star and mat that the fisherman is mounted on, are both cut with nesties. The corners are die cuts, but I can't remember whose, sorry!! I wanted to add a little colour to the mat, so decided to do some stitching with a piece of string that I dyed with my copics to match the colour scheme. I was a bit nervous about doing this, as the string was so thick I had to pre-punch the holes, and was worried in case I didn't get it straight, but it turned out OK, and I'm quite pleased with the effect. Both sentiments were computer generated. Hope you have time to leave me a comment.
