Whimsy - Football Connor

Hi again,

Well the morphine finally cut in, and after a few hours in bed I was able to get up and make this card which I'm REALLY pleased with.  I generally find boy's / men's cards really difficult to make, but fell in love with this stamp from the Whimsy Kids Collection the minute I saw it, and have been just itching to make a card with it.  I thought that as I live fairly close to Southampton I would aim to make it look like a Saints kit, but as neither of us are actually footy fans ourselves I had to look up the kit on the internet, so I hope I've got it right.

I won't even tell you what I coloured my stamped image with, as if you're a follower you will know that I rarely use anything other than Copics - whoops, told you anyway, hey, ho!  The background card is C'oredinations - Cardinal red.  The spotty paper is from Papermania - Deck the Halls, Christmas set, and the check is by Doodlebug.  The sentiment is from the Papermania Stamping for Him set, which I then embossed with 'Blonde Moments' Festive Candy red, which has a lovely sheen to it.  Card candy made by yours truly using the matching C'ordinations card.
