Man of the Match!

Hi there peeps

I thought that as I've invested in several male type stamps recently, that I should maybe make up some general cards for men, and maybe some in readiness for Father's Day, so here is one for the boys.

I've kept it really simple as I don't think men appreciate anything too complicated, unlike us girls, lol.  The stamps are a set that I bought recently from Joanna Sheen's site, it's called 'Man of the Match', and is made by Flowersoft.  I couldn't decide which colours to use initially, so coloured the figures (with my Copics of course), in the sample colours as shown on the packet, but aim to find out the local team colours and make some up in those.  In case you hadn't gathered I'm NO football fan, but appreciate that a lot of our fellas are, although thank heavens, not mine, phew!  The 'Man of the Match' sentiment also comes in this set, as does a seperate football, which I didn't use as I think it would have been overkill.  The 'Happy Birthday' tag stamp was a free gift with an order I placed recently at Stamping All Day .  They do some FABULOUS small word sentiments at VERY reasonable prices, and if my first purchase is anything to go by, their service is FABULOUS too!  Oh, nearly forgot to mention that I sprinkled some flowersoft in Shamrock green over the grass area to bring the image alive a bit.  I think it looks really effective.

Hope you like it.

  1. Hi Judi,
This is a fabulous man/boy card. It's perfect. I find them so difficult to do. This is brilliant work.
